Our Belfast headquarters will be closed until Wednesday 10th April after a burst water pipe damaged the building’s core electrical systems.
The problem will affect both the Advice and Payroll team in Belfast, forcing them to work from a nearby temporary office space to ensure the charity can continue to support our service users.
The pipe burst on the weekend of Friday 5th April and by the time it was discovered on Monday morning had caused damage to the building’s core services, including its electrical and data systems.
Staff have been working hard to implement our contingency plans and ensuring that our back-up systems are working.
Our Advice phone line will be available. However, we will have limited information available on Payroll in the coming days.
Please keep up to date with the latest progress on our Facebook page.
